Double Dip! Introducing LP Token Staking on Presearch: Bonus Incentives
Presearch is excited to announce the launch of an LP (Liquidity Provider) token staking pool that will enable those providing liquidity on the Presearch Uniswap trading pairs to collect additional incentives in the form of PRE bonuses.
Presearch is a privacy-centric search engine committed to redefining web search with search and earn, strong user privacy, a decentralized network and unbiased results at its core.
The PRE token plays an integral role on the Presearch platform, facilitating transactions within the ecosystem for keyword advertising, node staking and search staking, and in two Uniswap pools designed for liquidity provision, trading, and swapping.
This LP Token Staking protocol currently applies to the PRE-USDT LP Tokens in Uniswap V2.
Uniswap stands as a key platform for obtaining PRE. Uniswap has demonstrated a strong commitment to decentralization and cryptocurrency in general.
Staking your LP tokens in the new Presearch pool is not just about contributing to the growth of the project but also amplifying your rewards. When you contribute liquidity to the Presearch Uniswap pools, you receive LP tokens, representing your portion of the pool relative to your contribution. By staking these LP tokens in the new staking pool, you unlock an additional stream of PRE rewards, boosting your overall yield.
There is no lockup period currently and rewards will be set at ~9% APY and are claimable at will, down to the hour.
This product, built in conjunction with Add3, not only enhances the liquidity and stability of the Presearch ecosystem but also presents a valuable opportunity for users to capture additional incentives.
Additionally, since ETH gas fees are so exorbitantly high at times, Presearch will soon be introducing PRE on BASE Layer 2 and subsequently PRE-USDC pools on Aerodrome, a decentralized exchange built on Coinbase’s BASE Layer 2 network. These pools will allow users to provide liquidity and earn rewards on issued BASE Layer 2 LP tokens, which can be staked in a separate pool for additional rewards. PRE on BASE will soon be interoperable with the Presearch platform and robust ecosystem further facilitating the token’s velocity. A similar approach will be used to launch the BASE LP token staking pool as for the Erc20 LP Token Staking protocol.

How to Stake Your LP Tokens from the PRE-USDT Pool (V2)…
Before you begin, ensure you’ve already added liquidity to the PRE-USDT Pool on Uniswap. For a step-by-step guide on contributing to Uniswap pools, refer to the detailed blog post here.
Important: Confirm you have sufficient ETH in your wallet for transaction fees, and that your wallet is Connected to our portal and recognized as Active by MetaMask.
Staking Process:
1. Go to the staking portal at https://presearch.dapp.add3.io.
2. Click the “Connect Wallet” button to link the wallet containing your LP Tokens and ETH.
3. Select “LP Staking” from the menu on the left.
4. Choose the quantity of LP tokens you want to stake by clicking “Max” or entering a specific amount. To check the USD value of your LP tokens, consult your wallet extension or view your wallet on Etherscan. If your UNI-V2 LP tokens are not visible in your wallet, add the Uniswap USDT/PRE LP (UNI-V2) custom token using this address: 0x5f094191ddad05c5b6ddfa992a4f49d8d679290d, then click “Import”.
5. Click “Deposit.” Your wallet will prompt you to approve a spending limit.
6. Approve the transaction (a small gas fee will apply). Wait for confirmation.
7. Confirm the deposit (this step requires a larger gas fee).
8. A notification will appear confirming the successful transaction. Transaction failures are typically due to incorrect wallet connections or insufficient gas fees.
9. Congratulations! You’re now earning staking rewards. Note: The APY is dynamic and typically stabilizes around ~9% within a day or two. Earnings will be visible on your dashboard.
10. To withdraw your LP tokens and claim earned fees, select “Withdraw all tokens and Claim Fees.”
11. Your wallet will prompt you to confirm the transaction. Once confirmed on the blockchain, your LP tokens and rewards will be returned to your wallet.
Note there is a added swap function in the left menu for your convenience you are more than welcome to use as well, powered by Add3 and LiFi!
