With more than 40 million PRE staked on keywords and over 288 million PRE staked between nodes and keywords, the initial usage of the Keyword Staking platform is holding strong, and the tens of thousands of users who’ve been beta testing have provided us with lots of great feedback and ways to continue improving the platform.
Additionally, with advances in AI search, Presearch is perfectly positioned to onboard a new wave of advertisers and users. The new Presearch AI is now available for all Presearch accounts that hold at least 10,000 PRE tokens within their account.

New advertising model
Presearch has used a non-consumptive advertising model since it released the Keyword Staking platform back in early 2020. We continue to work on the details of a hybrid consumptive & free Keyword Staking model that we plan on releasing in the coming months.
Even after the consumptive model is released, there will be an allocation of traffic reserved for top keyword stakers for free.
New Tools and improvements
As we shift to a consumptive model we want to offer our advertisers a more all-inclusive advertising platform. Some of the improvements will be the keyword explorer for the ability to see historical traffic on keywords, as well as many other new tools.
The extended offer
While we finalize the details of the new advertising model, it makes sense to continue to extend the current offer for free advertising traffic for keyword stakers for 3 more months as demand ramps up from advertisers and the team works on implementing the new consumptive keyword staking model.
This additional 3-month period will allow stakers to test their ads on the new search engine free of charge while continuing to provide Presearch with an opportunity to optimize the ad experience and grow the user base. This will maximize advertiser value before ultimately switching to a hybrid model that allows for both free and paid traffic options.
In the meantime, any marketer looking to reach an audience of more than 100M monthly searches weighted heavily toward tech-savvy internet power users and cryptocurrency owners should look at the Keyword Staking platform.
